Assembly Bill No. 443--An Act relating to the department of motor vehicles and public safety; requiring that drivers' licenses and identification cards issued by the department contain a unique number that is not based on the social security number of the licensee or card holder; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

Assembly Bill No. 444--An Act relating to taxicabs; revising the maximum period that a vehicle may be used as a taxicab; revising the maximum allowable mileage on a vehicle that is acquired for use as a taxicab; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
